Reservation
1) Upon receiving your booking request, one of China A&G Travel experienced travel consultants will start to assist you in building a travel plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours.
2) Upon the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 10 – 30 percent of total final cost per person from you, we'll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately.(Our deposit amount is subject to change. It could possibly be higher, or lower depending on booking time, group size, and itinerary. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly.)
3) It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made 30 days prior to the actual traveling date. A full payment by credit card is required 15 days prior to your actual arrival date.
4) When your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter informing you with the proposed flights, hotels, and tours in details. If any conditions should change after the confirmation, China A&G Travel reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
Payment
Methods of Payment
We accept 3 way of Payment:
1. Visa or Master Card secure online payment via PayPal.
2. Visa or Master Card by fax
3. Wire transfer (bank transfer).
Cash payment, travelers' check and company check is applicable upon special request, but personal checks cannot be accepted.
China A&G Travel will draw Chinese currency (RMB) from your credit card. The Credit Card Company or Bank will convert this amount to the currency that is normally shown on your credit card.
*Important note about the exchange rate:
1. Reference exchange rate: China A&G Travel converts Chinese RMB to US Dollars at a rate of RMB 7 = US$1 for our quotations by now.
2. The quote we provide is in Chinese currency-RMB, the equivalent quote in USD is based on current exchange rate between the RMB and the USD. The quote we provide in USD is subject to slight change due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate, though our quote in RMB will remain the same.

Cancellation Refunds
We would feel sorry if you decided to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that the majority do so out of necessity.
If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.
All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with China Odyssey 's cancellation policy. In this event, we will refund any payment made to China Odyssey Tours less any cancellation fee that is applicable within 14days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
No less than 30 days before departure: $50 per person
30 to 15 days before departure: $150 per person
14 to 6days before departure: 50% of the full payment per person
5 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the full payment per person
Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise:
The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise.
